It's that time of year again - out with the old and in with the new. March is an important month for a lot of Edinburgh University societies as it is time to have our annual general meetings and elect a new committee for the next academic year. The Japanese Society is no exception and this month all our members are invited to attend and vote in the new office bearers for 2009/2010. If you want to run for the key office bearer positions of President, Treasurer or Secretary then it isn't too late - Send an email in to the committee and let us know!

Those running for office bearer positions will be giving speeches on the night and we will take votes from all society members so come along and have your say. After the meeting the social night will continue as usual but please turn up at 8.30 sharp if you want to vote.
